H10 Salou Princess, Salou - Cambrils

Cannot praise this hotel enough -great location all staff we met where friendly pleasant and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and the most comfortable beds ever. Great choice of food and I am a fussy eater but even I had multiple choice everything was well cooked, hot and presented well. Must congratulate all dining room staff as on anumber of nights it was very busy but everything was well organised and calm they all worked extremely hard shout out to waitress Maria who always met us with a lovely smile. Enjoyed all the entertainment both in the hotel lounge and Legends bar. Will defo be returning again Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable well done team Salou Princess keep up the good work Hope to see you all again soon

Just back from 6 nights at this hotel. Wasnt sure what to expect as there weren't any recent reviews at time of booking. I chose the all inclusive meal plan and took a risk there if the food wasnt good. OMG...the food was amazing. Such a variety. it was the best decision ever. No faffing around trying to go out and get lunch. It meant for us we maximised our time on holidays. The hotel is spotless, the entertainment was really good. When we went, the age profile was a little bit older but we didnt mind that. It meant the hotel at night was lovely and quiet. Im sure that will all have changed now as younger people go on holidays. Alondra, the entertainment Rep was so lovely. Got people involved, was great to ask any questions to, and was just so nice. They had lots of stuff on during the day. I even played Boules (?). I would give the food 9/10. Only one thing that let the hotel down and that was lack of attention to the pubic bathrooms, just tissue bins overflowing. Also the drinks measures could be hit and miss. some of the bar staff lacked personality. We paid for the upgraded room which was small, and in a really bad position in the hotel. when I asked was I actually in an upgraded room I was advised, it was the new furniture and the fact we had slippers/robe. I am not sure if it was worth the upgrade to be honest. We both agreed that we would certainly go back for sure, hopefully by end of year. PS...If you only go B n B, there is a fab bright, clean supermarket literally right beside the hotel.

This Hotel has a fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants shops all you might want .The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room I booked was very nice I asked to be moved if possible to room with a balcony with a pool view.and this was no problem receptionist was very helpful. I had booked BB the food was very nice and great choices .I booked in foe dinner on a couple of nights and it was very good food and great choices at super value. The bar had live entertainment every night very enjoyable. Bar staff very good and pleasant. The pool was of great size for all users but very cold but I that didn't stop me enjoying it daily The animation girl was a pure joy always happy and as helpful as possible she was great

Great hotel, near everything,very clean and all the staff were always very friendly and helpful. All toiletries were provided, breakfast was amazing, so much choice, something for everyone Really great place to stay, highly recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and from the time we arrived to the time we left the staff were lovely, very friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. It is a very busy Hotel, Its beautiful clean and a well run Hotel, reception staff so so helpful in every way. my daughter was sick and they were so helpful in getting a taxi, speaking to the taxi driver and explaining what i needed and i cant praise them enough, all so friendly. cleaning staff so kind and helpful also. we stayed half board and the food was lovely, breakfast and dinner, plenty of choice. my only fault to find was the coffee machine in the breakfast area. i did not like the coffee but had the tea and juices which was excellent. staff very helpful. the coffee in the bar area is excellent, pity its not the same in the main restaurant. i would definitely book this hotel again when i return to Salou. It is in a perfect location near the beach, shops and if your a sports fanatic the bar adjoining the hotel is the best place to watch your sport. Good entertainment every night also.
